Antitrust Practice Recognized in Global Competition Review

December 19, 2012

Kaye Scholer’s New York Antitrust practice was ranked as “Highly Recommended” in the latest edition of The Global Competition Review 100. GCR praised the firm’s “impressive slate of antitrust work in the city,” with particular focus on work the practice does in the pharmaceutical sector. GCR highlighted several recent pharmaceutical matters, including litigation and merger work for Novartis and litigation work for Pfizer, as well as the firm’s work on behalf of Random House in the Department of Justice’s e-book investigation and its defense of Norfolk Southern in price fixing class actions, as indications that the practice’s abilities “extend to all segments of the economy.”
