Saul P. Morgenstern Co-Authors Chapter for PLI Treatise on International Corporate Practice

Saul P. Morgenstern, Partner and Chair of the Antitrust Practice Group, co-authored a chapter titled "Competition and Antitrust Law" for Practising Law Institute's recently published treatise International Corporate Practice: A Practitioner's Guide to Global Success. His co-authors are Oded M. Pincas, a recent Kaye Scholer alumnus who is now an official with the Israel Antitrust Authority, and Nigel Parr and Joanne Christoforou of the UK-based Ashurst.
