Simon Firth Co-Authored Article in Bloomberg European Law Journal

Simon Firth, Partner, Investment Funds Group, co-authored the article "FSA's Listing Regime Review: More Questions than Answers?" that appeared in the April issue of Bloomberg European Law Journal. In the article, Mr. Firth analyzes the U.K. Financial Services Authority's (FSA) January 2008 Discussion Paper "A Review of the Structure of the Listing Regime." The article discusses the current regime and its ambiguities, and outlines areas in which the FSA sought views on possible clarifications to the regime.
