Aaron Stiefel Authors Article on the Importance of Inventor's Testimony in Patent Cases

Aaron Stiefel, Partner in the Litigation Department, authored the article “OK Smarty Pants ... You Can Invent, But Can You Talk the Talk?” in the March 29, 2010 issue of Corporate Counsel. Mr. Stiefel analyzes the importance of the strength of the inventor as a witness when assessing the value of a patent, contemplating the filing of a patent infringement action or plotting trial strategy in a patent case.
