Report on Assessment of ADR in Georgia Issued

Michael Blechman is Senior Counsel at Kaye Scholer in New York, where he concentrates in the fields of litigation, antitrust and international law. He is currently advising the Government of the Republic of Georgia on developing a successful mediation and arbitration program in that country. His report assessing ADR in Georgia has just been issued by USAID.
