Joel Greenberg Contributes to The Deal Lawyers' Guide to Public and Private Company Acquisitions

Senior Corporate Partner Joel Greenberg is a contributor to the 2011-2012 symposium issue of the Penn State Law Review: The Deal Lawyers’ Guide to Public and Private Company Acquisitions. The issue is being separately published as a book and features articles about mergers and acquisitions topics, including annotated transcripts of two mock negotiations that were presented at the 8th Annual Institute on Corporate, Securities, and Related Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions (sponsored jointly by Penn State Law School and the New York City Bar Association). Mr. Greenberg was a panelist in the “Negotiating Acquisitions of Public Companies in Transactions Structured as Friendly Tender Offers” mock negotiation; an annotated transcript of that presentation is included in the symposium and the book, and will be available through Lexis and Westlaw.
