Weigel Authors Chapter on Appeals Proceedings for NOMOS Formularhandbuch

German publisher NOMOS released the third edition of Formularhandbuch, a commentary on German civil procedural law in December 2015. The edition contains comments and templates for all civil proceedings. As in the previous two editions, which were published in 2009 and 2012 respectively, Frankfurt-based litigation partner Michael Weigel authored the section about appeals proceedings. The 72-page section is based on his more than 20 years of experience in such procedures.
