In Memoriam: Alfred J. Bianco

It is with deep sorrow that Kaye Scholer LLP mourns the passing of our friend and esteemed colleague, Alfred J. Bianco. Al was recognized as one of the leading finance, restructuring and financial derivatives lawyers in the country. His contributions to the firm spanned forty years: he joined the firm in 1969 and became partner in 1978.
Al received his LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law, his LL.B. from Fordham University Law School, where he served as Comments Editor of the Fordham University Law Review, and his B.S. from Georgetown University.
We extend our deepest condolences to Al’s wife, Judy, and the rest of their wonderful family.
