Jungermann Interviewed in German Boersen-Zeitung

Dr. Sebastian Jungermann was interviewed by Germany’s prime financial newspaper, Boersen-Zeitung, on December 1, 2010, regarding the UK Bribery Act 2010, the new British law to aid in prosecuting corruption and bribery offenses, which comes into force in April 2011. Mr. Jungermann spoke about the new offenses that will also be relevant for thousands of German and other foreign companies that do business in the U.K. He also discussed the strictness of the law and what it means for foreign companies and their management. In addition, Mr. Jungermann offers advice to companies on how to check and critically monitor their internal compliance management system.
