Our lawyers draw on a diversity of backgrounds in representing their clients. A number have previously served in United States Attorneys offices, were state prosecutors, judicial law clerks (including for Justices of the Unites States Supreme Court) and attorneys with government agencies such as the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Others are members of the American College of Trial Lawyers, teach as adjunct professors at law schools, chair bar association committees and make significant contributions to legal scholarship in their roles as lecturers and commentators. Many have engineering or science degrees useful in technology-related litigation or foreign language skills and international experience helpful in conducting litigation involving foreign parties or proceedings abroad.
