Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Kerry served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, where he helped develop and enforce the Clinton administration’s civil rights agenda, supervised the successful litigation of numerous groundbreaking civil rights cases, and worked with top officials in other agencies on civil rights enforcement.

Steven Glickstein has been a Kaye Scholer Partner since 1985. He is a member of the Product Liability and Counseling Practice. During his 36 years of practice, Steve has been involved in some of the most highly publicized product liability litigation matters, including class actions that involve diverse products such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, agricultural pesticides, blood products, asbestos, tobacco, and other products. Steven J. Glassman has been lead counsel and litigated complex cases before federal juries, judges, arbitrators and mediators for over 30 years. He possesses a unique background and combination of experience as a federal prosecutor, trial lawyer, appellate advocate and patent examiner. He has broad experience in intellectual property, patents and technology transfer, as well as in securities and commodities cases.
