William Hoffman (10/22/14)
William Hoffman is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who has represented a wide range of clients in major product liability and other complex litigation, criminal investigations, actions by State Attorneys General, regulatory matters and litigation avoidance counseling. William has tried a number of cases to verdict in both state and federal court, has argued numerous appeals and conducted evidentiary hearings. He is a member of the DC Circuit’s Appointed Counsel Panel.
Tiffany R. Moseley (10/13/14)
Tiffany R. Moseley is a Partner in Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department and is a member of the White Collar and Internal Investigations Group in the Washington, DC office. Tiff is a litigator and a former federal prosecutor with extensive experience in complex, multi-faceted corporate investigations and commercial litigation. She has appeared before the Department of Justice, US Attorneys’ Offices, the US Commerce Department, the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and other federal and state regulators. She has also appeared before a multinational arbitration panel and prepared witnesses for appearance in US and foreign courts.
Steven Glickstein (09/25/14)
Steven Glickstein has been a Kaye Scholer Partner since 1985. He is a member of the Product Liability Litigation and Counseling Group. During his 38 years of practice, Steve has been involved in some of the most highly publicized product liability litigation matters, including class actions that involve diverse products such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, agricultural pesticides, blood products, asbestos, tobacco and other products. Steve served as Chair of the practice for 25 years during which time the team was recognized as the best product liability practice in the country by numerous publications, including Chambers and Partners (2008) and The American Lawyer (2006), as a result of its “unparalleled expertise in cutting edge product liability defense work.”
Steven S. Rosenthal (09/02/14)
Steven S. Rosenthal has extensive trial court, arbitration and appellate experience on matters involving commercial law, constitutional law and all aspects of administrative practice. He has argued noted cases before the United States Supreme Court and before the United States Courts of Appeals and state appellate courts throughout the United States. In April 2013, he argued before the United States Supreme Court a high-profile case on behalf of the Port of the City of Los Angeles, involving whether federal law restricts the ability of the Port to condition entry of trucks onto its property as part of its Clean Truck Program. Previously, he was victorious in a case heard by the United States Supreme Court in which the Court held that imposition of Social Security taxes on federal judges in office at the time of passage was an unconstitutional diminution of their compensation.

James D. Herschlein (06/10/14)
James D. Herschlein serves as Co-Chair of the Complex Commercial Litigation Department and recently completed two terms as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has represented some of the world’s largest companies in numerous trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals throughout the United States, focusing on complex contractual disputes and product liability litigation. Jim’s trial experience also includes cases involving securities, derivatives, intellectual property, real estate and bankruptcy claims.

Aaron Rubinstein is a Partner in the Litigation Department and Chair of the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. Aaron recently completed a twelve-year term as Chair of the Litigation Department. He has 35 years of experience representing defendants and plaintiffs in complex commercial litigations, including securities, commodities, derivatives and contract claims. He handles both private suits, including class actions and shareholder derivative actions, and proceedings before government enforcement agencies. His representations have been of a wide variety of clients, including public and privately held corporations, directors of such companies, individuals, and some of the largest financial institutions, both domestic and international.
Deanna L. Keysor (03/28/14)
Deanna L. Keysor primarily focuses her practice on a variety of intellectual property litigation work, including trademarks, false advertising, patents and trade secrets. She also has experience in antitrust and appellate litigation, as well as all aspects of general litigation, from pre-filing through trial and appellate briefing to each stage of discovery, including deposition practice, the management of electronic document production, briefing and arguments before the court. Additionally, she has experience in arbitration proceedings, particularly under the American Arbitration Association rules.

Kerry Alan Scanlon, Co-Chair of Kaye Scholer’s Employment & Labor group, was one of the federal government’s top civil rights lawyers. Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Kerry served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, where he helped develop and enforce the Clinton administration’s civil rights agenda, supervised the successful litigation of numerous groundbreaking civil rights cases, and worked with top officials in other agencies on civil rights enforcement.
