Josh Stambaugh is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department with extensive experience assisting businesses of all size, from Fortune 500 companies to internet start-ups, in virtually area of commercial litigation, including: business litigation; interference claims; breach of contract; antitrust; unfair competition; misappropriation of trade secrets; fraudulent advertising; and class actions brought pursuant to consumer protection statutes. Josh has developed considerable knowledge of, and familiarity with, breach of contract, unfair competition, antitrust and consumer fraud class actions.

Dr. Sebastian Jungermann is a partner in Kaye Scholer’s Frankfurt office and heads the German Competition and Antitrust Practice. Sebastian advises clients regarding German and European competition and antitrust laws, including German, EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control proceedings, cartel proceedings, abuse-of-dominance proceedings, litigation, compliance programs, as well as internal audits and contractual advice. Sebastian represents his clients before courts, the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission as well as the US Department of Justice. Sebastian further advises in the fields of corporate law, IP, data protection, outsourcing and other technology-related areas. In addition, Sebastian is involved in international litigation, including pre-trial discovery proceedings in support of US litigation.

Michael A. Rogoff (02/15/13)

Michael Rogoff, Co-Chair of Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department and Chair of the White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations Practice Group, is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer whose practice is concentrated in the areas of white collar and civil litigation. He has represented major US and international corporations, as well as corporate directors and individuals, in a wide variety of disputes involving health care, securities, product liability, antitrust, consumer class action, trademark and copyright, trade secrets and breach of contract. Michael is also experienced in conducting internal investigations, as well as representing clients in SEC and grand jury investigations. He is a co-author of the Kaye Scholer LLP Deskbook on Internal Investigations, Corporate Compliance and White Collar Issues (Practising Law Institute 2011).
