Sheila S. Michel Pignatiello is an Associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. Michel’s practice focuses primarily on pharmaceutical and medical device product liability and compliance. His experience includes representation of pharmaceutical and medical device companies in multidistrict litigation involving failure to warn and manufacturing defect allegations. He has also assisted in reviewing pharmaceutical compliance programs and counseling clients on applicable state and federal regulations.
