Sandra Pfister is a Partner and a German-qualified corporate finance lawyer in Kaye Scholer’s Finance group. Ms. Pfister has extensive experience advising both banks and borrowers on a wide variety of corporate and structured finance transactions, including acquisition finance (both public bids and leveraged acquisitions), syndicated and bilateral lending, project finance, real estate finance, debt restructurings and Schuldschein loans (loan notes), as well as other general banking matters, both cross-border and in Germany. Additionally, her experience includes international debt and equity capital markets transactions such as corporate bond offerings (including high yields, LYONs, convertible and exchangeable bonds), IPOs, dual listings (including on NASDAQ), rights offerings and mandatory bids.

Ingrid Kalisch is a Partner and German-qualified corporate finance lawyer in Kaye Scholer’s Frankfurt office. Ms. Kalisch has extensive experience advising both banks and borrowers on a wide range of German and international corporate and structured finance transactions, including acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, Schuldschein loans, ECA covered loans, general transactional banking, syndicated and bilateral loan agreements, as well as the restructuring of such transactions. In addition, she has experience in asset-related transactions, and tax efficient and off balance sheet financing. She also advises sellers and purchasers of distressed debt. A particular focus of her practice is on energy and infrastructure, including the financing of wind energy projects, German federal motorway PPP projects, public buildings and healthcare projects.

Chris Peterson’s practice is primarily in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other securities matters, with an emphasis on high-yield debt, acquisition finance and cross-border financing, representing both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private debt and equity offerings. He has extensive experience structuring and advising dealer managers and issuers on liability management transactions, including a range of tender and exchange offers and consent solicitations. His practice also includes representation of private and public companies in general corporate and securities law matters.
