Kimberly Gelfand (07/28/14)

Kimberly Gelfand is an Associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. She currently focuses her practice on Medicaid fraud and pricing actions, internal investigations (including matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and breach of fiduciary duty actions. She also works on employment and labor matters, with an emphasis on non-compete agreements, the Railway Labor Act and the National Labor Relations Act.

Debra Schreck is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department, representing clients in a variety of commercial matters. Debra defends individual and corporate clients in matters related to antitrust, securities and healthcare, including pharmaceutical companies involved in state and federal criminal and civil investigations of healthcare fraud. Debra also assists corporate clients in conducting large-scale internal investigations and advises them on matters related to internal compliance programs.

Hartmut T. Renz is Counsel in the Frankfurt office of Kaye Scholer. He focuses his practice on finance and capital markets regulation with a particular emphasis on compliance matters. He is experienced in compliance requirements, particularly as they relate to capital markets, corporate and real estate matters, as well as corporate governance, anti-corruption, fraud prevention and data protection.
