Michael Rogoff, Co-Chair of Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department and Chair of the White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations Practice Group, is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer whose practice is concentrated in the areas of white collar and civil litigation. He has represented major US and international corporations, as well as corporate directors and individuals, in a wide variety of disputes involving health care, securities, product liability, antitrust, consumer class action, trademark and copyright, trade secrets and breach of contract. Michael is also experienced in conducting internal investigations, as well as representing clients in SEC and grand jury investigations. He is a co-author of the Kaye Scholer LLP Deskbook on Internal Investigations, Corporate Compliance and White Collar Issues (Practising Law Institute 2014).

Debra Schreck is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department, representing clients in a variety of commercial matters. As part of her work in the Department’s White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations practice group, Ms. Schreck defends individual and corporate clients in matters related to securities and healthcare, including pharmaceutical companies involved in complex state and federal criminal and civil investigations of healthcare fraud. She also assists corporate clients in conducting large-scale internal investigations, and advises them on matters related to internal compliance programs.

Ms. Lara’s practice involves the representation of financial institutions and other market participants in connection with civil litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions arising out of US and international securities, options, futures, derivatives, capital markets, and asset-backed transactions. She represents financial institutions, corporations and individuals in a broad array of commercial and corporate litigation involving claims relating to breach of contract, lender liability claims, fraudulent conveyance claims, corporate governance, acquisition and shareholder disputes, and major real estate loan defaults.
