William A. Tanenbaum is Head of Kaye Scholer’s multidisciplinary, multi-office IP & Technology Transactions Group, which is ranked in the First Tier at the National Level by US News & World Report/Best Lawyers. Bill is also the Head of the firm’s GreenTech & Sustainability Group. Bill was named the “Lawyer of the Year in Information Technology Law in New York in 2013 by Best Lawyers. Bill’s practice focuses on the development and deployment of information technology and technology services for Fortune 500 and other companies. His practice includes litigation and transactions involving IP, IT, outsourcing, data security-related issues and technology, and data sharing. He also focuses on Healthcare IT, strategic IP counseling, IT and IP aspects of corporate transactions and Government IT. He assists clients in using Big Data and analytics, cloud and mobile computing, and social media and in integrating them into existing IT systems and business processes.

Steven R. Wright (09/10/14)

Steven Wright is a Partner in the firm’s Shanghai office, where he has worked since 2007. Steve focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment. He has advised major US and European multinational corporations on a wide range of issues relating to their China-based operations, including acquisitions, Sino-foreign joint ventures, establishment of Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises and Representative Offices, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and employment matters. In addition, he regularly supervises legal work for the Asia Pacific region in connection with major international transactions.
