Kaye Scholer

Aaron Allardyce is an Associate in the Real Estate Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. Mr. Allardyce has extensive experience representing investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of hotels, office buildings, multi-family housing complexes and industrial facilities throughout the United States, Central America and the Caribbean. He also has frequently represented lenders in the origination and restructuring of repurchase and warehouse lending facilities secured by commercial mortgage loans, B-notes, mezzanine loans and participation interests.
