Diepiriye Anga is an associate in Kaye Scholer’s Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation, and white collar litigation and investigations.
Diepiriye has experience in a variety of white collar litigation, internal investigation, compliance counseling, and commercial litigation matters. She has defended major corporations in complex state and federal investigations involving anti-kickback statute violations, False Claims Act violations, and other issues related to sales, marketing, and pricing practices. She has experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-pleading investigations and discovery, to post-trial motion practice.
Diepiriye also has an active pro bono practice, where she assists clients with asylum, immigration, and civil and human rights matters.
Diepiriye received her J.D. and Graduate Certificate in Global Human Rights from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2014. At the University of Pennsylvania Law School, she served as Symposium Editor of the Journal of International Law. She was also a semi-finalist at the 5th Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Diepiriye completed her undergraduate degree at Villanova University where she studied Political Science, Africana Studies, and Peace & Justice Studies.
She is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community.
