Julius Berman has been involved in the Litigation, Antitrust and Real Estate Practices for more than over 30 years. In real estate litigation, Mr. Berman has successfully handled construction litigation, major lease disputes and brokerage disputes, among others. He has also counseled major developers and large commercial landlords.
While much of Mr. Berman’s professional activities has been transactional in nature, the focus of his practice has been the development of long-term relationships with clients, resulting in significant involvement and experience in their various corporate, finance and business activities.
Mr. Berman has also been involved in extensive litigation practice involving commodities, including the defense of antitrust actions, CFTC regulatory proceedings and commodity exchange proceedings. He also has been designated by various courts to handle the mediation of major commercial litigation disputes.
