Michael D. Blechman, who concentrates in the fields of litigation, antitrust and international law, has been a partner in the firm since 1975 and was a member of its Executive Committee from 1996 to 2003.
He has been lead counsel in a variety of litigations, arbitrations and
other matters involving antitrust, international law, contract disputes
and other matters. He has also represented and advised many US and
foreign companies in connection with international mergers and
acquisitions and joint ventures, and has represented such companies
before the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission.
Mr. Blechman speaks and writes frequently in Europe and the US on antitrust, international litigation and other subjects.
He has been recognized by United States Lawyer Rankings as one of the top 10 antitrust attorneys in the United States.
