Richard S. Brown, Counsel in Kaye Scholer's Finance Department, represents financial institutions in domestic and cross-border asset-backed securitizations. Mr. Brown has participated in transactions involving whole-company securitizations, as well as the securitization of diverse asset types, including aircraft lease receivables, trade receivables, auto and equipment loan receivables and healthcare receivables, and is also experienced in more traditional forms of secured lending, including asset-based loans and working capital facilities.
