Susanna Chu has broad experience in general commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. Ms. Chu also has significant experience in the area of electronic discovery, and has written on the international implications of the e-discovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Ms. Chu earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2004. While there, she was a staff editor on the Journal of International Law & Politics. Ms. Chu also served as a legal intern in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to law school, Ms. Chu was an investigative analyst at the Office of the Special Commissioner of Investigation for the New York City School District, where she worked with investigators and former prosecutors on a variety of investigations involving fraud, conflicts of interest, and other wrongdoing within the New York City School District.

While a student at Yale, Ms. Chu was editor-in-chief of the 2000 edition of the Insider’s Guide to the Colleges, a guidebook to over 300 colleges, for publication by St. Martin’s Press.
