Alicia Clough is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Litigation Department, and Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department in the Los Angeles office. Her areas of practice include general business litigation and intellectual property matters, as well as representing debtors, trustees, and creditors in various phases of Chapter 11 cases.
Ms. Clough has served as counsel to Official Committees of Unsecured Creditors, and has been involved in the Chapter 11 case of Death Row Records, Inc., in which Kaye Scholer represented the estate's Chapter 11 trustee.
Ms. Clough received her B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles in 2000, cum laude, and received her J.D. in 2008 from the University of Southern California. While at USC Law School, she was a Teaching Fellow in the law school's Legal Writing and Advocacy Department from 2006-2008. She was the first runner-up in the law school's Moot Court Honors Program and served as Advocacy Vice-Chair to the program's board. She was also a teacher's assistant for the law school's intellectual property survey course.
In 2007, Ms. Clough was an extern to the Honorable Dale S. Fischer in the Central District of California.
