Alexander Druckenbrodt, a counsel in the firm’s Frankfurt office, joined Kaye Scholer LLP in January 2007 and focuses on commercial and contractual litigation, especially in the areas of professional negligence, insurance, insolvency and banking and finance law. Among others, he was representing automotive suppliers, pharmaceutical wholesalers, financial institutions and other law firms in various litigation and arbitration matters all over Germany. The German Litigation Team is recommended in Chambers Global (2014, 2016) and Chambers Europe (2014, 2015). In the “Kanzleimonitor”published by the German Organization of Inhouse Counsel (BUJ), they are listed as “Hidden Champions.”
Mr. Druckenbrodt graduated from the Christian-Albrecht University in Kiel and the Higher District Court of Schleswig. Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Mr. Druckenbrodt worked at law firms in Lübeck, Frankfurt am Main and Washington, DC. In addition, he served as a teaching assistant under Prof. Dr. Joachim Jickeli, chair of Civil Law and Business Law for the Institute for Business and Tax Law including the Law of Fiscal Offenses at the Christian-Albrecht University in Kiel.
Mr. Druckenbrodt is an appointed lecturer at Leuphana University in Lüneburg.
