Mr. Fleet advises a range of corporate and institutional clients on a
variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs,
restructurings and joint ventures. Corporate clients for whom he has
undertaken work include companies engaged in mining, electricity
transmission, operating nuclear power plants, water resources and waste
management. His experience also includes work related to the
privatization of the electricity industries in the UK and Northern
Ireland.
Stuart is a regular speaker at seminars and provides training on a variety of subjects including corporate governance, IPOs, market abuse and related subjects.
