Victoria H. Frankenburg is Counsel in Kaye Scholer’s Real Estate and Real Estate Finance practice groups. Ms. Frankenburg has been responsible for the real estate aspects in support of bank finance, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganization groups of major law firms for the past 12 years. Responsibilities have included representation of borrowers, lenders and credit enhancers. Over the past 29 years, Ms. Frankenburg has practiced with both large law firms and in-house, and has comprehensive experience in all aspects of real estate finance, acquisition and disposition, leasing, and asset management.

Before joining Kaye Scholer, Ms. Frankenburg represented the lending group in the real estate aspects of the project financing for a 454 MW coal-fired power plant located in Guayama, Puerto Rico. Responsibilities included all aspects of real estate due diligence, documentation of the real estate security and interfacing with local counsel.
