Kimberly Gelfand is an Associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. She currently focuses her practice on Medicaid fraud and pricing actions, internal investigations (including matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and breach of fiduciary duty actions. She also works on employment and labor matters, with an emphasis on non-compete agreements, the Railway Labor Act and the National Labor Relations Act.
In her pro bono practice, Kimberly has represented incarcerated individuals asserting constitutional rights violations. She is a 2013 recipient of the Kaye Scholer Pro Bono Achievement award.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Kimberly worked as a media buyer for an advertising agency in New Jersey. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to Justice Barry T. Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court and as the Business & Development Editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review.
