Erica Gersowitz is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on compliance counseling, white collar litigation and internal investigations, and general litigation. Ms. Gersowitz has evaluated pharmaceutical compliance programs to help clients improve and expand their compliance frameworks to comprehensively address legal and regulatory risks, assisted individuals and businesses in responding to a variety of civil and criminal government inquiries, and has worked on various phases of general commercial litigations, including managing discovery, drafting pleadings and briefs, and taking depositions.
