Brendan M. Gibbons is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department. He focuses his practice in general litigation.
Brendan graduated from Brooklyn Law School with honors. He served on the executive board of Moot Court Honor Society where he competed internationally, and was Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. He received his BA from Fordham University with a double major in Philosophy and Communications where he was on the Dean’s List. Brendan’s experience includes serving as a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York, and as a student prosecutor at the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York. He also interned for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano, United States District Court Judge, Eastern District of New York.
