Stephen Gliatta serves as Co-Chair of Kaye Scholer’s Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. Mr. Gliatta’s practice is focused on the area of representing investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination and securitization of first mortgage debt and mezzanine loans. In addition, Mr. Gliatta regularly represents opportunity funds in joint ventures with operating partners and in the acquisition and financing of real estate projects.
Mr. Gliatta has been recognized as a leading practitioner in Chambers USA - America's Leading Lawyers for Business since 2006. He was also ranked as a leading real estate lawyer by Legal 500 and was selected by peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of real estate law.
