Jeffrey S. Gordon is a Retired Partner in the Litigation Department of Kaye Scholer's Los Angeles office.
Mr. Gordon has a broad range of experience in representing clients faced with complex legal issues. He represented individuals and companies in securities, contract, entertainment, intellectual property, high-tech, and fraud matters, and advised boards of directors, special committees, individual directors, and others in their responsibilities at certain key times in a corporation's development.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Mr. Gordon was the Managing Partner of O'Donnell & Gordon, a nineteen-lawyer boutique firm which he founded in 1982 after leaving Hufstedler, Miller, Carlson & Beardsley. Mr. Gordon is active in community and civic affairs.
