Winnalynn N. Kantaris is an Associate in the Finance Department and Structured Finance practice group in the Chicago office. Ms. Kantaris’ practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions, financial services firms, trustees, corporations and investors in structured finance, restructuring and investment fund transactions. Her experience includes commercial and residential mortgage securitization, asset securitization, restructuring, banking and real estate transactions.
Ms. Kantaris is an active alumna at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She currently sits on the Dean’s Diversity Council, is a member of the Young Alumni Events Committee, serves as a mentor to new students and judges various moot court competitions.
