Viktoriya Karshenboyem is an Associate in the New York office of Kaye Scholer. She focuses her practice on corporate and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and securities offerings. She also advises U.S. and international companies, both private and public, on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and securities laws compliance. In addition, Ms. Karshenboyem advises financial institutions and other borrowers and lenders in the areas of commercial lending and structured finance.
Ms. Karshenboyem attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a Levy Scholar and served as Senior Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law; the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she received a Masters in Bioethics; and Rutgers University, where she studied accounting and graduated summa cum laude in three years.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Karshenboyem worked as a tax consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP and a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Karshenboyem is fluent in Russian.
