Christopher Konieczny is an Associate in the Corporate Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. He has experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and corporate governance.
Chris attended Albany Law School, where he was a member of the Justinian Society and served as Senior Editor of the Albany Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and studied abroad at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Chris was an associate in the corporate practice at McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams.
