Jenna B. Levy is an Associate in the Corporate Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. She represents clients in connection with domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, private equity investments, debt and equity financings, partnerships and other transactions, as well as commercial contract negotiation and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience with virtual currency-related start-up ventures, including corporate, banking and regulatory matters, and has also advised clients with respect to matters of corporate governance, compliance and risk and liability allocation.
Jenna is a member of the New York City Bar Association and of the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
While attending law school, Jenna served as an articles editor for the New York University Annual Survey of American Law and was a founding member and chair of the Art Law Society. She was also a student member on the Art Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association and a student liaison to the Executive Committee of the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
