Holly Martin is an Associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department in the New York office of Kaye Scholer. Holly has had experience in all aspects of bankruptcy litigation and transactional matters. Holly has also worked on several pro bono projects, including representing a US asylum seeker. While in law school at New York University, she was Notes Editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and a Student Advocate at NYU Law’s Mediation Clinic. Holly earned her bachelor’s degree from Brown University with a major in history and a focus on human rights.
