Tiffany R. Moseley is a skilled trial and appellate lawyer with
extensive experience in both complex civil litigation matters and
criminal prosecutions. Ms. Mosley has handled cases for major
corporations involving intellectual property disputes, mass torts,
environmental matters, SEC investigations and insurance suits. Since
joining Kaye Scholer, Ms. Moseley has practiced before the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission. She is currently representing a major
European defense company in an international arbitration.
While serving as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of California, Ms. Moseley investigated and prosecuted federal criminal cases involving fraud, immigration offenses and narcotics trafficking. Ms. Moseley has tried multiple cases to verdict in federal court and has argued numerous appeals.
