Danelco (DC) Moxey is an Associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation Department of the firm’s New York office. DC primarily focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, financial services litigation, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, civil securities class actions and cybersecurity and privacy matters. He represents clients in state and federal litigation throughout the United States, and his work spans many industries, including pharmaceuticals, real estate, computer software and hardware, financial services and manufacturing. He has experience representing major international financial institutions, asset management firms and a variety of other companies in a wide range of matters.
DC has worked closely with clients at all stages of litigation and has considerable experience with e-discovery, depositions, motion practice, brief writing and trial preparation. He is a member of the firm’s e-discovery committee and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, US (CIPP/US).
DC received his JD from St. John’s University School of Law where he was a recipient of the Albert Bosch Award for Excellence in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. While attending law school, he served as External Competitions Director of the Moot Court Honor Society and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. He received his BA from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
