Kara Neaton is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Reconstructing Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. Her practice encompasses all areas of bankruptcy litigation.
She received her BA from Marquette University before attending Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she was involved in the Hobbs Trial Advocacy Program. Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Kara served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sean H. Lane and the Honorable Robert E. Gerber in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
