Wolfgang Seidel's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financings, corporate restructurings, and privatizations. Mr. Seidel has extensive experience in German and international transactions in various industries, especially in the real estate, healthcare and infrastructure sectors. His clients include corporations, shareholders, financial and strategic investors and public institutions. In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Seidel advises his clients on corporate and commercial law, including corporate governance, corporate compliance and contractual matters.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer as Counsel in 2008 Mr. Seidel served as a Salary Partner with the German law firm Beiten Burkhardt. Mr. Seidel regularly publishes and lectures on corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.
