Catherine St. John is an Associate in Kaye Scholer's Complex Commercial Litigation Department and serves as a member of the firm's White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations group. She has defended corporate clients in numerous healthcare matters, including the representation of pharmaceutical companies, as well as their employees, in complex state and federal criminal and civil investigations involving healthcare fraud. In that regard, she has also conducted large-scale internal investigations internationally and domestically. Catherine works with pharmaceutical companies to review their compliance programs, and counsels them on the requirements of federal law and the measures other companies have been required to follow in federal and state healthcare fraud settlements. She has extensive expertise in leading cross-functional teams as part of complex e-discovery projects.
Catherine's extensive pro bono experience includes arguing before the New York Court of Appeals on behalf of a small animal rescue group. She has also supervised a team of associates participating in the National Justice Index Project through the Pfizer Legal Alliance.
