William A. Tanenbaum is Head of Kaye Scholer’s multidisciplinary, multi-office IP & Technology Transactions Group, which is ranked in the First Tier at the National Level and in New York by US News & World Report/Best Lawyers. Bill is also the Head of the firm’s GreenTech & Sustainability Group.
