Kaye Scholer

Kazuko Wachter is an Associate in the Corporate Department of the New York office of Kaye Scholer. Ms. Wachter's practice focuses on advising U.S. and international private and public companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and licensing transactions, leveraged buyouts, and securities transactions, including public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities and cross-border securities offering. Ms. Wachter also advises companies and Boards of Directors and its committees on all aspects of corporate governance and securities compliance matters.
