Jeanna Wacker has worked on a wide array of matters, including trials involving biotechnology and telecommunications technology. Her experience includes working closely with clients in ongoing litigation matters, as well as drafting briefs for discovery motions, summary judgment, claim construction, and pre-trial and post-trial motions; working with technical experts to prepare expert reports; preparing technical experts to testify in deposition and trial; and taking and defending depositions of both fact and expert witnesses.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Ms. Wacker was an Associate in Morgan & Finnegan’s Patent Litigation group for three years, working on several cases involving medical devices, toxic gas storage containers, chemical agents, and high-capacity commercial printing presses.
