Barry Willner is the Managing Partner of Kaye Scholer LLP and serves as
Chair of the Firm's Executive Committee. A Partner in the Firm since
1980, Mr. Willner has been a member of the Firm's Executive Committee
since 1996. He concentrates his practice in litigation.
Mr. Willner has been lead counsel in a variety of litigations involving
antitrust, contract disputes, securities fraud and RICO violations, bid
rigging, labor disputes, lender liability and derivatives. Matters
litigated by Mr. Willner include the defense of a major oil company in
two complex price-fixing cases. In more than a dozen cases, Mr. Willner
has successfully defended banking institutions.
Mr. Willner serves as a member of the Board of the Legal Aid Society.
