Daniella Wittenberg is an Associate in the Tax & Private Clients Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. Her practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, estate and trust planning, and probate and administration of estates and trusts. Daniella has counseled clients on a variety of estate and trust litigation matters, including will contests, construction proceedings, contested accountings and trust decantings. Her trial experience includes drafting pre-trial motions, preparing for and attending depositions, conducting extensive legal and factual research in a variety of estate and trust litigation matters and advocating in court. She has also counseled clients on a broad range of estate planning issues related to wills and trusts.
In her pro bono practice, Daniella has counseled nonprofit organizations on general corporate matters and on obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status.
Daniella is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She received her JD from Harvard Law School in 2009 and her BA from Columbia University in 2006.
Daniella co-authored a chapter titled "Right of Election," published in the New York State Bar Association’s Probate and Administration of New York Estates, Second Edition, 2015.
