Konstantinos “Dino” Yiannopoulos is an Associate in the Corporate Department of the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP.
Mr. Yiannopoulos’ practice focuses on wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and complex intellectual property licensing arrangements. He has represented issuers and investors in venture capital and private equity transactions and regularly advises companies on day-to-day corporate and transactional matters. He has counseled publicly held and private companies in a variety of industries, including consumer products, life sciences, fashion, engineering and asset management.
