Benjamin Hsing to Participate in PLI’s Prior Art, Obviousness, and the America Invents Act of 2012
July 23, 2012On July 23, 2012, Benjamin Hsing will speak at PLI’s Prior Art, Obviousness, and the America Invents Act of 2012 in San Francisco, California. Benjamin Hsing’s session is titled “Old 102(f) & (g) and New 102 (c) (plus Continuity under 102 (d) (27): Joint Ventures and Co-Development.” Attendees will learn about the arrival of patent reform, its impact on the touchstones of patentability, prior art and obviousness. The program will also feature speakers on the exploration of 103, KSR and understanding the complicated 102 statute including recent re-interpretations, case law, and a look at the statutory revisions.
