Spangler Publishes Article in Hedge Funds Review

Timothy Spangler, partner in the London and New York offices and chair of the Investment Funds Group, published an article in the March 2007 issue of Hedge Funds Review titled "US 'Wise Men' Review Hedge Fund Oversight." The article provides an in-depth analysis of the new guidelines for the oversight of hedge funds, private equity funds and other private pools of capital, issued by the President's Working Group on Financial Markets on February 22.
