Jesch Co-Authors Article on Fund Regulation in German Legal Weekly Betriebs-Berater

Thomas A. Jesch, Counsel in the Frankfurt office, and Ulf Klebeck, Vice President of Swiss private equity funds-of-funds group Capital Dynamics, have published an article on German fund regulation in Issue 31/2011 of German legal weekly Betriebs-Berater. The article deals both with open- and closed-ended funds and the respective European (AIFMD) and German legislation as well as selected court rulings. This publication is also the start of an annual series on the topic of fund regulation to be continued in another Betriebs-Berater issue next summer.
